Biography
Pastor Jeff was born and raised in the heart of Chinatown in New York City. Jeff attended Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned his Th.M and Ph.D degrees. He has been married to his lovely wife, Judy since 1977 and they have two daughters. Jeff also serves as Associate Professor at Western Seminary in Los Gatos, CA. When not at church, you may find Jeff engaged in a competitive table tennis match.
