A good word for blog readers (like me) who find myself prone to the sinful envy of others’ ministries and accomplishments.
Eight words that will systematically realign any Christian. Worthy of being pasted on my bathroom mirror. Thank you.
my fav of all time…
Passages like this one startle me and cause me to readjust my thinking in nearly every corner of my life. It also leads me to repentance. Thanks for the post.
That guy Jesus sure had a way with words…
Amen!
I am reminded of an exchange I saw on TV once:
- We have a ‘nunya’ here.
- A what?
- A ‘nunya’, as in ‘nunya business’.
Except Jesus then completed the thought by declaring what IS “ya business”.
Amen! I can’t begin to tell you how many times the Holy Spirit has convicted me by using this verse!
Hey, you stole my favorite verse!!! Oh well, what is that to me?
