End of Year Giving
Two quick up-front caveats: (1) No one asked me to write this; (2) Giving to our local church should be our first priority.
But if you have extra this time of year, here are three ministries to consider giving to:
- Desiring God (here’s why / here’s how)
- The Resurgence (here’s why / here’s how)
- The Gospel Coalition (here’s why and how)
There are many other ministries out there, but these three in particular have made unbelievable investments to provide free materials for us day-in and day-out. Free online books, articles, sermons, blog posts, lectures, videos, etc. All of it costs a lot of time, talent, and treasure, and we are the glad beneficiaries. All for free. We are blessed indeed.
Giving to these folks only helps to expand such gospel spreading. It’s worth prayerfully considering.
