Six Ways to Access the ESV Bible Reading Plans
Crossway makes available about ten reading plans. I’ll explain them in a separate post. But note that the ESV Bible Reading Plans can be accessed in multiple ways:
- web (a new reading each day appears online at the same link)
- RSS (subscribe to receive by RSS)
- podcast (subscribe to get your daily reading in audio)
- email (subscribe to receive by email)
- iCal (download an iCalendar file)
- mobile (view a new reading each day on your mobile device)
- print (download a PDF of the whole plan)

I know that it is not a “reading” plan, but there are a few podcast plans out there, too. I had often suggested to people who have long commutes to take advantage of the gridlock by listening to the bible on cd, so this last year, I did the M’cheyne plan with the ESV as a daily podcast. This is not something I plan to ever do again (I am reader), but I know many people that this will be the best way to get into the scriptures everyday for the reat of their lives.
I think got the podcast link from the crossway website.
Justin,
Isn’t there a way to get a podcast with the daily Bible audio? I think you shared that last year. I’d love to see it—I’ll repost it if you know how to do it.
Now that my brain is starting to function, I think that the rss feed cut and pasted into itunes gets the podcast. I think Mike is right in that I got that from you.

I’d love to see a daily reading plan delivered to my Kindle each morning like my local newspaper. Or have one with the ESV that is a daily version.
