Prank Gone Wrong
They thought it’d be a great prank. They told the high school girls’ basketball coach that if he could hit a shot blindfolded from half-court after being spun around three times, he’d win tickets to the Final Four. They didn’t actually have any tickets to offer, figuring he would miss the shot. The funny part is that when he invariably misses the shot, the crowd (in on the prank) would cheer like crazy as if he really made the shot. And since he was blindfolded, he would think he somehow made it.
