Brett McCracken, author of the forthcoming book Hipster Christianity: When Church and Cool Collide, has a blog post that helps you identify whether or not you’re a Christian hipster.
This has a somewhat amusing edge to it, but it’s actually a serious topic that is worth thinking through carefully—as McCracken will do in the book. What is the relationship between Christianity and “cool”? What’s the history of “hip,” and how should we feel when Christianity seems to fit with it?
