Really nit picky, I know, but I have a hard time with lyrics that are grammatically incorrect.

Line 1: “raised” is a transitive verb and needs an object but has none in these lines. So it either needs to be “You for our sake have died and RISEN,” (intransitive verb, needs no object) or the lines need to be reworked to say something along the lines that God has raised Jesus (transitive verb now has a direct object).

I affirm the theology but abhor the grammar.
