@Jerry,

Intinction is a way of partaking in the Lord's Supper. It involves taking the bread and dipping it in the cup. In this way both elements are taken together.

Thanks for the highlights, Jason. I, too, was disappointed with the teaching/ruling elder turnout at the Assembly. I was saying to my wife on our drive home that out of all the elders in the PCA, only about 20% or less attend. How does that highlight that we are a connectional church?

Somewhat disheartening but not surprising; I see the same thing happen at the Presbytery level as well. I am trying to find what I can do to change this trend.

Great report. I was also a bit disappointed at the lack of statement with regard to theistic evolution, especially in light of BioLogos and the influence BioLogos supporters have in the PCA (Keller, Collins, Enns, Walton, Waltke, etc..) It would have been helpful to have a restatement that relevantly addresses the current threats to inerrancy. Thanks again for the excellent report.

Great Summary. I wonder if calling the watching of the NAE “patient observation” the fruit of the Spirit is intended, or the term for a sick, sick person. Perhaps both.

This was a good report for the most part. However, toward the end the writer makes a big mistake in referring to the attenders at GA as "delegates." They are NOT. They are commissioners. There is a BIG difference. A delegate is someone who goes to a meeting and votes as he has been told to by the folks back home. A commissioner is someone who goes and votes according to his conscience as he feels led by the Holy Spirit (ideally!). Presbyterian sessions - TRUE presbyterian sessions - do NOT tell their representatives how to vote before hearing the debates.
