Thank you for this post. Praise God that “while we were still WEAK, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly” (Rom 5:6). Hallelujah that it is in our WEAKNESS that “the power of Christ” rests upon us (2 Cor 12:9). I was in chapel at SBTS when you preached on this latter verse, BTW, and I’ve never forgotten it. Weakness for life. May God grant us, moment by moment, more and grace to make this our delight. Peace.
