Together for Adoption

The next Together for Adoption conference is quickly approaching. If you can make it next month (Oct. 2-3) to Christ Community Church in Franklin, TN you will hear keynote addresses by Russell Moore, Ed Stetzer, Scotty Smith, Scott Roley, and Michael Easley on the wonders of our adoption in Christ and the implications of this for orphan care. From the conference Website:

With over 132 million orphaned and vulnerable children in the world, what our world needs is Christians who have been freshly gripped by the stunning vertical reality of their adoption by God. If anything can mobilize the church to address our world’s orphan crises, it will be the good news of vertical adoption.

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s a video T4A has put together for the conference:

Mike Pohlman serves as the Executive Editor with The Gospel Coalition. A former church planter and senior pastor in the Pacific Northwest, Pohlman is a Ph.D. Candidate in American church history at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
