It is good to remember that evangelization without firsthand and personal knowledge of Christ, based on his perfect and diacritical death on the cross, i.e., the gospel of divine origin, is what "another Jesus", "another spirit" and "another gospel" are all about (2 Cor. 11:4; Gal. 1: 6-12).

Since my seminary days, I have been deeply impressed by the impact on world evangelization through the Lausanne movement that began in Lausanne, Switzerland. May the spirit of Lausanne live on in the upcoming Congress at Capetown to arouse the Church of Jesus Christ in making disciples of all nations.
