Disclaimer: This list is meant to be suggestive, not exhaustive. If you're wondering why I didn't include a particular statistic/number the answer is either (a) I didn't think of it (though I probably should have) or (b) I couldn't find a reliable figure. Since some data from 2012 is not yet available, I used numbers from prior years that are likely still relevant. While I tried to include only reliable sources, I can't vouch for the accuracy of any particular number.

Is the # of abortions supposed to be 1,200,000 (1.2 million)?

I also thought 1.2billion seemed a little high.
Sorry, I added too many zeros. That should be 1.2 million. It's now fixed.

The stat for average number of books purchased is incorrect as well, based on the Harris Interactive link provided. Only 11% said they bought 21+.

Either our faith is not strong enough or, we are just as morally corrupted as the numbers suggest. We like to say we are Christians but some of these numbers are abominations in the sight of YHWH. What have we become?
Flobal slave population of between 20 million and 30 million people.
That's a pretty big number if you ask me. Perhaps it will make the list next year.
