Heading to the SBC
Tomorrow, I will be heading out to my very first Southern Baptist Convention! I am looking forward to observing how this massive event unfolds over a three-day period. Don’t expect any longwinded diatribes about SBC politics or heavy analysis of SBC theology. I am going to learn, and learning takes place when I stay quiet and observe. As a Southern Baptist who loves this convention and especially its churches, I’m looking forward to seeing a meeting like this in action.
