If you'd like to review my GOSPEL I NEVER KNEW, please send a physical address. The first section is on Romans, the 2nd on objective meaning, and the 3rd on our mission in its widest (and therefore philosophical) sense. Best if you can post your review here!

Trevin,

After sending my last e-mail I took a look today at several things such as your review of Colson's new book at CT. I think you showed your true colors-but just for a moment when you commented that the book was one more attempt to equate "the faith once for all delivered to the Saints" with our prositional/systematic formulas. You are quite right that we can say at this wonderful place in God's Kingdom, it just won't work; it's not in keeping with the very essence of The Story.

Now I see you're posting here comments from Goldsworthy. Good for you -go to it for it seems you really do have a hold of the "tiger" or the "third rail". Graeme Goldsworthy is a very special gift to the church in this urgent hour, for not only is he a gifted writer (he doesn't write as a theologian) but he has a very mature and complete grasp of this biblical record with Christ in the center and the theme of the Kingdom of God as the story-line. Perhaps you know by now that he stands on some pretty tall shoulders of the past-including his doctoral mentor,John Bright.
I am delighted to see you link here to Goldsworthy"s lecture at Southern-my plea is to make it more central and visable on your front page, second maybe only to N.T.Wright.

Trevin, you're a precious clay pot with a mighty Treasure inside but clearly lighting the path of others. Thank you for your covenant faithfulness in HIM.
