As part of that younger demographic I would say this is a very accurate statement. Part of the struggle I have had in the church (as well as many of my peers) is not that the teachings are too deep but rather that they are far too shallow and we&#039;re sick of being talked down to.
The impression that gives us is that A. People are painting over the real story with convienient platitudes and agendas which do little for real life and, B. That questions and doubts are off limits and so there is not a place for those who actually take the time to critically and thoughtfully work through what they are learning.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more about apologetics, and actual study of the bible. I think my generation was brought up ignoring a lot of those things, and now it is going to cost us, because we aren&#039;t equipped to deal with an increasingly hostile world.</description>
