Rev. Dr. George W. Robertson is currently the Senior Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Augusta, Georgia, where he has served since July, 2005.  He ministered for 15 years at Covenant Presbyterian Church of St. Louis, MO.  During his time at that church, membership grew from 60 to 600.  Under his leadership, Covenant Presbyterian, along with Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian successfully planted another church in the St. Louis area. 

Dr. Robertson is a 1988 graduate of Covenant College.  From Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, he earned his Master of Divinity degree in 1991 and his Master of Theology in Biblical and Pastoral Theology in 1997.  He also served as Lecturer/Adjunct Professor of Practical Theology at Covenant Theological Seminary from 1992 to 2005.  In May of 2007 he received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Historical and Theological Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA.

He formerly served as Trustee Advisor at Covenant College, and presently serves the College as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

He and his wife, Jackie, are the parents of Taylor, Abbey, Anna and Caroline.
