Born in London, Ontario, Canada in 1960 James received his Masters Degree in 1988 from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois and his Doctorate from Phoenix Seminary in 1996.
He and his wife, Kathy, have three children: Luke, Landon, and Abigail.
James is founding pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel and has extensive retreat and Bible conference speaking experience.
James’ teaching, which emphasizes the precise exposition of God’s Word and its practical life application, can be heard through the daily half hour radio broadcast, Walk in the Word, which began in February of 1997 and is currently aired on over 650 stations around the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Minneapolis, Phoenix and Miami.
A new 1-minute feature called Listen Up is now in syndication and on over 1,100 stations coast to coast.
