Jacob Anderson

Jacob Anderson is the director of business performance and innovation at Ericsson. He earned a BS in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University. He writes about work culture and career on Substack. He also volunteers on the worship team at The Parks Church in McKinney, Texas, where he and his wife Chelsi are covenant partners. They have two boys and a third on the way.
