Kempton Turner

Kempton Turner is pastor of City of Joy Fellowship in his hometown of East Saint Louis, Illinois. He previously served on the pastoral staff of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis for seven years before planting City of Joy. Kempton and his wife, Caryn, have five children.
