Bring Theological Training To Your Church (and City)
Tuesday September 26, 11:00am-12:45pm
HOST: Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
SPEAKERS: Bill Kynes, John Simons, Eric Rivera, Bill Yaccino
Accredited theological training is no longer exclusively for full-time seminary students! In our conversations with pastors and ministry leaders, we’ve noticed a movement towards “church-based theological education.” In short, people are seeking out educational opportunities, such as classes typically taken in seminaries, within their own churches or ministry settings. By inviting your church members to think theologically, you are entrusting them with the gospel and letting them know that you value their partnership in ministry.
Join our panel of Pastor/Theologians as we re-envision the future of church/seminary partnerships and their fruitful disciple-making efforts. Lunch will be provided.
