ROUND 6 - WEDNESDAY 1:30-2:30PM
Developing and Sending Whole-Hearted Church Leaders
Developing leaders within our churches is a worthy but difficult pastoral responsibility. Sending those leaders out can be even harder. Over the years we have seen how partnership within a network of like-minded, like-hearted churches can help in the process of developing whole-hearted, well-equipped church leaders—and eventually sending out leaders to start new churches. This microevent will explore practical ways churches and networks help develop and send healthy leaders.
