Triperspectival Leadership: Prophets, Priests, and Kings
If you’re a leader in the church, here’s a helpful chart to think through strengths and inclinations using the grid of prophet-priest-king. These three categories are used to contrast:
- Characteristics
- Positive Tendencies
- Negative Tendencies
- Eventual Outworking
- Errors of Uni-Perspectival Leadership
- Possible Idols and Reductionism
Keeping in mind that this is a heuristic device—a generalized tool with limitations—I think this can be quite valuable.
