On what we now call Palm Sunday, Jesus made his entry into the city of Jerusalem (Matt. 21:1–11; Mark 11:1–10; Luke 19:29–44; John 12:12–19), predicted his death (John 12:20–36), and visited the Temple (Matt. 21:14–17; Mark 11:11).
